Flying Eagles in G/Bissau


Nigeria's Flying Eagles, will leave the country on Wednesday for Guinea Bissau, to confront Guinea Bissau in the first leg of the 2019 Africa Under-20 Cup of Nations second round qualifier on Saturday.

The match will take place at the September 24 Stadium in Bissau,  from 5pm Nigerian time.

Team Administrator Aliyu Ibrahim told thenff.com that a contingent including 20 players and team officials led by Coach Paul Aigbogun will arrive in Bissau on Wednesday evening.

The Confederation of African Football has selected Cape Verdian officials to superintend the match, with Fabricio Duarte the referee. He will be assisted by compatriots Luis Fernandes Barbosa (Assistant Referee 1), Jorge Santos Fonseca Aritson (Assistant Referee 2) and Manuel Antonio Timas Mendes (Reserve Referee). El Hadji Amadou Kane from Senegal will serve as match commissioner.
