Current World Number one ranked female wrestler and world championships Silver medalist Odunayo Adekuoroye has wrestled gold medal for nigeria at the ongoing Commonwealth games in the gold coast Australia. She beats Pooja Dhanda of India on points 7-5.
Also joining her with another gold is teammate Blessings Oborodudu who stopped Danielle Lappage of Canada on points 4-3.
And from the track, Oluwatobiloba Amusan brought gold number three when she won the 100metres low hurdle from the Jamaican challengers in 12.68secs, while Suwaibidu Galadima added nigeria's 8th gold of Games in the 100metres Special sports race T47.
Female boxer Yetunde Odunuga also won bronze medal after losing to England’s Paige Murney in the semi-final.
