Eight Cameroonian athletes have been reported vanished from the Commonwealth Games in the gold coast Australia.
As a result the host country's Border Forces have decided to mount a close watch on all the African countries participating at the Games.
Those being watched may include teams from Nigeria, Kenya, Uganda, Ghana and south africa
This has also led to the remaining Cameroon athletes being flown back home from the Gold Coast.
Head of Cameroun's Games Team, Victor Agbor Nso said in a statement that despite that the athletes were being closely monitored, three of them sneaked away from the Games village on Sunday night.
Two other vanished on Monday, followed another three on Tuesday
Weightlifter Olivier Matam Matam and boxers Christian Ndzie Tsoye and Simplice Fotsala were among the first missing on Sunday.
Two more weightlifters, Arcangeline Fouodji Sonkbou and Petit Minkoumba, disappeared on Monday, while Boxers Fokou Arsene, Yombo Ulrich and Ndiang Christelle were out on Tuesday.
