IGP Sacks Kogi CP Over Escape Of Suspected Assasins Linked To Dino Melaye

The Inspector General of Police (IGP) Ibrahim Idris has ordered the immediate removal of the Kogi State Commissioner of Police (CP) Ali Janga over the escape of six suspects, including two principal suspects who indicted Senator Dino Malaye.

This was contained in a press statement by the spokesman of the Police, ACP Jimoh Moshood on Wednesday.

The escapee suspects; Kabiru Seidu and Nuhu Salisu indicted Senator Dino Melaye and Mohammed Audu in a case of conspiracy and unlawful possession of prohibited firearm already filed at the Federal High Court, Lokoja.
