Treble World boxing heavyweight title holder Anthony Joshua has agreed to a Unification fight against Deontay Wilder.
Wilder, an American, at 32 is unbeaten in 40 professional fights, with 39 knockouts holds the WBC title.
He wants a unification bout with Joshua, the WBA, IBF and WBO champion.
Joshua's promoter Eddie Hearn has previously criticised the Wilder team for lackadaisical with the business
Now Wilder's manager Shelly Finkel has officially accepted the terms to a fight in the UK.
If the bout takes place,the winner would become the first heavyweight to hold all four recognised world titles at once.
Russian Alexander Povetkin is the WBA's mandatory challenger and is close to a deal to fight Joshua,although Joshua could face Wilder first if Povetkin is able to fight the winner.
